The Rising Theological Educator contest

Rising_Theological_Educator_Contest_pdfWe are pleased to share the announcement of Rising Theological Educator contest being held this year by London School of Theology (see www.lst.ac.uk/RTE).  In short this is an essay-based contest whose winner will be given a fully funded place on the MA in Theological Education. Second and third prizes entail fully funded places on the PGCert.   For those of you that may not know, these programmes were developed by LST in consultation with several international networks of theological education including the EEAA, ICETE and Overseas Council.

Please pass this on to your network of theological educators and encourage participation. This is a special opportunity to serve rising theological educators all over the world.   The programmes are fully offered by distance education and can be taken part-time without having to leave one’s teaching position.   Time is short as the deadline for applications is 28 March 2014 (winners will need to pursue normal application procedures leading to start their studies in May 2014).

    • Sabbatina, you must first apply for the programme of studies and once you have been offered a place you can apply for a scholarship. More information on application for postgraduate studies in theological education at London School of Theology can be found here http://bit.ly/HbGxqJ
